One of the open source options we have seen so far is OpenBravo. It is a full ERP suite that includes Accounting. Are you looking for something with more functionality and more robust reporting or something more simplistic? For integrating with Mifos, all you need is to export the financial transaction data and have a way to import that data into your accounting package. Outside of open source, we have seen this integration with other cost-effective solutions as well. I can follow up with some more information on that.
