Hello all, As a follow-up, I was at Grameen Koota yesterday and sat down with the report writer. I was wrong about the field being wrong (it is indeed the global_account_num). The issue was that the report writer was using IE8, which I believe others have reported has issues with BIRT. Once we tried the report in firefox, it was working fine.
