I think you have pasted the whole stack trace which exists in your tomcat logs.
May be you have faced those errors when you were trying to install and now that your Mifos instance is working those errors are irrelevant is this context, Also this was in your stack trace log4j:ERROR LogMananger.repositorySelector was null likely due to error in class reloading, using NOPLoggerRepository. org.eclipse.birt.report.exception.ViewerException: The report file : C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\webapps\mifos/report/pb.rptdesign does not exist or contains errors. Do you have pb.rptdesign in right place and if you do, are you sure its correct. Please follow http://www.mifos.org/knowledge/reporting/reporting-in-mifos if you are trying to add new report.
