Morning Ryan,

1. They just have groups and clients
2. Office Heirachy is Head office then Branch office. No offices in between
3. They are under the same branch. - since the problem started, (clients
being mixed in groups) when you open a new group within the branch, it
prepopulates it with clients from the group that is causing the mix up.

Kind Regards,

Maina Wachira.

Subject: Re: Issue with clients when transferring groups after Mifos upgrade

Ed,

We're having issues with moving clients between centers, but we are not
seeing the same behavior. At SECDEP, when transferring clients, the meeting
details for the centers are getting mixed up.

http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-2652

Maina:

1. Are you using centers or just groups and clients?
2. What is your office heirarchy? Head Office and Branches or do you
have levels in between?
3. Are there similarities between the groups where the clients are
being mixed up? Ie, do they have similar names, are they being created
right after each other, under the same branch, etc?

Ryan

Hello community,

I'm sharing this inquiry that Maina from Adept Systems had when performing
the Mifos 1.4 upgrade at KEEF in Kenya.

Ryan - Kay let me know that you may have seen similar occurrences in your
experiences.

Maina's Request:
Another thing is that KEEF is having issues since the Mifos upgrade in that
when they transfer groups from one branch to another, a few things come up.

1. when they create a group, the group is pre loaded with Clients ( From
other groups) without them entering the data.

2. the members of their groups are mixed in other groups. for example you
can have a client (Maina Wachira) in the Adept group and also in the Grameen
group.
