Loojah, There are a few things I would ask that you try first.
1. Do you have rights to define new products with your account? I would double check the permissions 2. Did you try logging out and logging back in to see if that helped? 3. Are there other users on the system that can define new products successfully? 4. Is there anything you¹ve changed recently on Mifos? Did you do an upgrade, change some settings, change the version of tomcat or mysql you are using, etc. Often if a system was working fine before and all of a sudden stop working, it means something has generally been changed.
