Age-related eyesight problems? :-) I have problems sometimes where style sheets aren't loaded (Firefox on Windows 7 x64), and I have insufficient privileges to read http://www.mifos.org/philippines... The style sheet problem clears after a while, but the privileges problem has been there for a while.
