Sorry for issues you had in accessing the files. They should now work.
The database on the site hadn't been compressed and had ballooned to a
large size which caused our server to hang up.
Let me know if you're still having difficulty accessing the files.

Thanks for this but unfortunately we are having real difficulty
downloading the file. It just remains at 0 bytes and doesn't progress.
Have tried on multiple different internet connections and otherwise our
internet is fine, so not really thinking it is a problem on our side.
Could you confirm that the file is still accessible and/or send by
email?
