I am setting up all our requirements on our instance of mifos and when I add a fee which applies to a loan it is not letting me set up the fee to be by default. I can make it a default fee if I was applying it to a centre, group or client but I want to apply it to a loan by default.
I am getting the same issue on the demo server so it is not our configuration. is this deliberate or a bug? -- Regards Gayl
