Gayl, no it doesn¹t matter what area the GL report is uploaded under.
Categories are just for sorting reports and setting permissions.
Kelechi, ok, that helps in narrowing down the issue. Next area I would look
at is trying to run it in the BIRT Report Designer, and see if you can see
any errors popping up. Might also try looking in the logs. You can
