Hi Pradeep,

That's right and I believe this report might have originally come from
you! Thanks for sharing the formats with us.

Can you answer my question below - when you show Demand in the report,
does it show demand as in just expected principal for that date, or does
it include overdue principal as well?

Also do you ever run the report for Loan Officers that have left or only
for active LO's?

Thanks

Kay

andquestions

Hi Kay,

As per my understanding the layout shows that the data regarding the
Demand and Collection, there is no question of overdue.

As per the term Demand versus Collection is to be concerned the date
parameter never to be a feature date.

According to the report layout (shown in excel), the user wants to
both the Branch and Loan Officer should be multi select.

So that the user can generate the report for different Branch or LO
by selecting more than one items simultaneously.

Hi folks

We are working on building this report. The report will show demand vs
collected amounts (principal and interest) per day either branchwise or
LO-wise.

Link to mockups are here:

A couple of questions on how people would like to view this report

1) You will be able to see a dropdown of Loan Officers to pick from
when running the report. Would it be more beneficial to see all LO's
ever in that branch - this would allow you to run a report for a LO that
has left, or would it be more probable that you would run the report for
an active LO to view information on demand vs collection?

2) Demand Principal- is this value expected principal or expected +
overdue principal.

a. IE, if today a LO was supposed to collect 500 in principal, and
only 200 of it was paid. When running the report for next week's
meeting, do you expect to see a value of 800 (that day's expected +
overdue) or continue to see only 500?

3) Same for Demand Interest as above
