Ok, that was a little difficult to follow but I think I got it.
Essentially, you were getting different behavior between the individual loan
creation process and bulk loan creation process.

I would tend to think its a "Bug", as I believe both of those are distinct
workflows in Mifos.  At some point in the refactoring purpose, I believe we
should change the bulk entry workflow to use the individual (But I'm not
sure, as I'm not a dev), but until then, its a different.

Also, I'm not sure that we added in LSIM support for the Bulk Loan Creation,
so it might be following non-LSIM rules which would make sense.

IE - it would set the disbursal date to the next meeting date and the first
repayment the meeting date after.

This might explain the behavior you are seeing, but probably would take some
further testing to verify.
