Vivian, Could you make sub-locations = branches in Mifos, turn off centers and then just use groups/clients in the UI? You could then assign the groups to their respective Loan Officers.
Whoops, you are correct, looks like you can't edit center names. That should be made editable :(. Other option is to close them and open new ones with the right name. Painful, but will work.
