This is just from memory.
I think you are right. Truncating the batch... tables should do it.
AFAIK, it is just the branch progress report data loading batch job that
puts data in these tables as the cash confirmation report data loading
equivalent has been commented out for a few mifos versions. So, I'm
assuming its just the branch progress report that your customer has problems
with?
