I'm not aware of problems in 1.6.1 with the a/c column... if there are fine
but here's what the column is used for (from my development interaction with
it)
The A/C column is to show any upfront and periodic fees as well as
miscellaneous fees and charges due for clients, groups and/or centers. Not
for loans though.
