This release contains significant improvements and features in Mifos, including:
· Question Group Functionality, replacing both Additional Fields and
Surveys
· PPI Support for 34 Countries
* Ability to waive interest when repaying loan early
* Quartz Batch Job management
* Updated M-PESA plugin for loan repayments and savings deposits
* Improvements to Savings calculations
* Portuguese version of Mifos

If you are upgrading from a previous version of Mifos, please make sure to read
