You can do either one of these ...

I. Manual entry approach (if you have small data)

      *Step 1*. Change the system data (system is always refered to machine
in which Mifos instance running other words your server) to the date on
which your organization is started. (example 06/15/2010)
      *Step 2*. Define are you organization setting / loan products
/offices/roles and users.
      *Step 3*. Change system data to first meeting date of first center
meeting date (example: 12/15/2010)
      *Step 4. *Create centers/groups/clients and loan applications
      *Step 5. *Change the system date to next center meeting day/loan disb
date (whichever is immediate next)
      *Step 6. *Disburse loan for which loan application are given on*
 *(example: 12/15/2010 if loans are approved)

in this way enter all data in chronological order
  *Imp note: *a. Never change system date back and forth ( example change it
16/07/2010 then coming back to 25/06/2010)
                  b. Once system is up to date, do keep the practice of
changing system date
