Not a developer, but pretty sure I know the answer.
Every center, group, client, savings and loan entity creates a general
record in the ³Account² table. The ID there is created sequentially. The
ID you see in Mifos though, is a slight variation of that, and I¹m not sure
of all of the details. Either way, clients should be displayed in the order
they are entered into Mifos.
