I did run the scripts
mysql -D mifos -u mifos -p<PASSWORD> < sql/latest-schema.sql
mysql -D mifos -u mifos -p<PASSWORD> < sql/latest-data.sql
mysql -D mifos -u mifos -p<PASSWORD> < sql/init_mifos_password.sql
