Hi Binny yes there is a feature to set the actual loan cycle for converted clients in mifos on a client by client basis.
This is found on the client page, down the bottom - click on View Summarized Historical Data <custHistoricalDataAction.do?method=getHistoricalData&globalCustNum=0071-000000386¤tFlowKey=1298451556589&randomNUm=-1665206088695888503> and then Edit the information to put in the number of completed cycles, ie 1.
