Ryan,

Per your feedback from our discussion, I wanted to circulate this
question more broadly to the users mailing lists for the feedback of the
community.

Re-assigning active clients to Dummy Centers

* Nuru in Kenya doesn't use centers in their operational structure. The
ability to turn this off wasn't caught during initial setup and
configuration, hence:

* They're following the suggested workaround of creating dummy centers
and re-assigning clients to these dummy centers.

* Unfortunately they currently have 700 members with active loans and
savings accounts that can't be moved until accounts are inactive. They
are currently holding off on inputting new loans for these members, and
waiting for their currently loans to be paid off. There are also active
savings accounts which would be affected as well.

1. Is there any more efficient workaround then to close and re-open
accounts for every one of these 700? Could reverse and redo loan
disbursals help here?

2. If there is that much effort having to take place, should they
somehow try to explore turning Centers on and configuring it in that
manner?

Ed
