I ran into a scenario that I need help on -
Under Mifos 2.1 -
1. set up a loan type 1 cannot exist with another loan type 1 under product
mix
1. create, approve and disburse a loan type 1 under customer 1
2. create, approve a SECOND loan type 1 under customer 1
3. Cannot disburse the SECOND loan type 1
Issue -
Why can I approve the SECOND loan type 1? I remember seeing it being
"blocked" during creation process. I should not be able to create the 2nd
loan type 1 in the first place.
