Hi Miguel,
This is due to the design of the QG schema, and also prevent possible issues
with reporting.
The best workaround is to make that question inactive, and then create a new
question to add to the QG with Single Select type.

Hi All,
Can someone explain why we can't edit the "answer type" in the questions
(question groups).
I need to change the answer type option from "number" to "single select" but I
can only change the question to inactive or the name of the question.
