This feature was removed with the anticipation that a later point it would
be re-implemented in a cleaner fashion with greater performance at the
database level.
We've yet to re-implement but it's a feature that's in high demand. Requests
to attach a photo, signature, or documents in general have often come up.
Could you please log a feature request in JIRA documenting the exact use
case and processes for the current photo requirement your client needs.

Do any users have feedback on whether or not they need to store and attach
client photos.
For developers, have we thought through what's the best overall method of
implementing some type of file storage system for photos, documents, etc.
alongside Mifos?
