Denis, So looks like this is the culprit,
Could not autowire field: private org.mifos.config.persistence.ApplicationConfigurationDao org.mifos.application.master.MessageLookup.applicationConfigurationDao; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.CannotLoadBeanClassException: Cannot find class [org.mifos.application.accounts.financial.util.helpers.FinancialRules] for bean with name 'financialRules' defined in URL [file:/root/.mifos/mifosBeanConfig.custom.xml]; nested exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.mifos.application.accounts.financial.util.helpers.FinancialRules in the file mifosBeanConfig.custom.xml where is starts with <bean id = "financialRules" make sure that the class is as follows class="org.mifos.accounts.financial.util.helpers.FinancialRules" and not class="org.mifos.application.accounts.financial.util.helpers.FinancialRules" This class must of been refactored to a different package inbetween the first you are upgrading from to mifos 2.1.4 regards, Keith.
