We have a GL report in BIRT -
http://mifos.org/functional-specifications/retrieving-information-0
We also have Mifos Transactions Reports in Pentaho -
http://mifos.org/functional-specifications/pentaho-reports-in-mifos#mifos-transactions-detailed
Those can be exported in Excel and then you can manipulate what you need.
