Ryan,
I will need to look into this further. I too as of past couple weeks been
frustrated by not having a log in link at the upper right hand corner.
Thanks for bringing it up as a concern to pursue. I had just brushed it off.
I will look and see if we changed anything and if not, open up a support
ticket with Atlassian.
