Hi,
Looking at the log you sent you seem to be installing using directory names
that relate to Mifos BI 1.3 for windows. The installation notes for this
are in http://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=12910657
The link you sent applies to the linux installation.
However, if you did install mifos BI 1.1 (installation steps in
http://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/Windows+Mifos+BI+1.1+%28Pentaho%29+Installation+Guide
)
there is a note near the top about downloading and running a file
called mifosbi_users.sql ... this might fix your problem.
