I think you are referring to Mifos Cloud.
There are a couple service providers offering up hosted instances of Mifos
in the Amazon EC2 Cloud.
I will let them provide more details of their services.
SolDevelo has their MifCloud offering - http://mifcloud.com/
Conflux Technologies is also providing Cloud services to customers
throughout India and in Africa as well - http://www.confluxtechnologies.com/
Both of these companies are taking over the hosting of previous Grameen
Foundation-supported Mifos Cloud customers.
A number of other Specialists also offer hosting services but haven't opened
them up to the global community as of yet.
