Binny, as you stated, you cant create a loan for a center but you can create a savings account at present in mifos.
as mifos is used for tracking loans to clients and groups outside of organisation, does not try to model 'internal allocation funds to enities in the org', so yes, you could create a 'dummy group' and use it. Is this sort of practise (internal allocation to branches) reasonably common in microfinance? Keith.
