yes seems to be looking in two locations for custom chart of accounts
for some reason:

[D:\bgs\mif
os\MifosCustomConfig_AFP_PreReleaseDemo\mifosChartOfAccounts.custom.xml]

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat7\AFP_03
_Demo\bin\mifosChartOfAccounts.custom.xml (The system cannot find the file speci
fied)
