We're pleased to announce that the first milestone release led by SolDevelo
is available for download.
You can download it directly via SourceForge (
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mifos/files/mifos/2.3.0-M1/) or linked to
from the download page:

SolDevelo will be releasing new milestone releases every week from now on. The
full and stable Release H/Mifos 2.3 will ship by late February/early March.
These will allow the community to try out new functionality earlier in the
release cycle and to participate in the development process
by testing these intermediary releases and giving feedback.
This milestone release has passed initial QA tests and contains all the
features the community has been working on in the master branch for
the past couple of months.
