Hi Safik,
Currently there isn't any plugin or integrated functionality to import
client data. However, I think that it is a really necessary and
important functionality for a lot of users. I've just created Jira
ticket (http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5394) for this new
feature and we will try implement this functionality in Release H.
