yes, this was what I was attempting to say in previous email. That
mifos at present doesnt have any real 'reschedule' capabilities for a
given loan. The user is expected to flag loan as closed-rescheduled.
You have this results in all outstanding amounts being marked as paid
(i dont know for sure if this is the case, cant remember but i believe
you.). I dont know the knock on affect of this in terms of
'transactions' for accounting - of course the loan and all
installments associated with loan shouldnt be considered for account,
mifos expects that the user 'create a new loan' which resembles the
new needed loan structure/term or at the very least, the portion of
the loan that required rescheduling from.

Does that make sense?
