Ramesh,
I have seen this behaviour with one of the customer, but then the issue was
with the user, he changed the disbursement date & frequency (could not
pin-point the issue properly) while creating a loan.
Could you please check if user has selected all parameters properly while
creating a loan account & while disbursing the loan.
