Hi All, I'd like to present my proposition how to improve the management of inactive fees (http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5429).
General idea is to add option, during the process of changing fee status to inactive, which allows to remove fee that has never been used in any Loan account. Another thing is that, when fee is attached to some Loan Products and we try to mark it as inactive, then it would be good to display warning message which says from which products this fee will be removed.
