I've updated the hands-on Windows Installation Guide to reflect the switch
from Tomcat to Jetty and a few changes to the MySQL initialization process.

Docs on installing using the executable WAR will be available soon.
A volunteer, Greg, is also working on an Ubuntu Installation Guide for
noobs.
