I would propose following items for the meeting : (any ideas/additions are
very welcome)
1. Time and date for weekly meetings;
2. High level project plan;
3. Involvement of other companies;
4. Technological synchronization;
On next meeting it is very important to discuss accounting plan ( whatever
we will have) with system architect and key developers. Therefore if
Keith, Jakub, Udai, or John will decide to attend meetings we have to
re-arrange time according their needs. Alternatively we can discuss
accounting issue on the Dev meeting. It is also very important to inform /
involve community manager about the progress, so I would suggest to
discuss meeting time also with him, or to update him periodically.
