Safik, We need to set up 3 Mifos databases for the Migration toolkit to work.
1. Production Mifos database : This is your destination database which you will eventually use the production/live Mifos system. 2. Stage 1: It is a Mifos database which will be used as a staging database for migrating the data from the excel sheet. 3. Stage 2: this database will be used as a temporary copy of Mifos production during migration so as to minimize production downtime.
