Can you check the date of transactions in Mifos, the export will use the date that was used in Mifos during the payment.
You can check the query which converts this data. https://github.com/mifos/head/blob/master/accounting/src/main/resources/org/mifos/platform/accounting/dao/AccountingGLIntegrationQuery.sql you would have to replace the ? in query with "2012-02-18". Let us know if you think there is a mismatch after checking the transactions in Mifos.
