I'm fine. The error you show I've only seen if the ETL job fails or hasn't
run. Can you send me the log output?
You can send me a mysqldump of the mifos database if you want for trouble
shooting (to private address not user list).
You can also run, and send the results of, the following sql against your
data warehouse database
select * from stg_etl_run_history
