Over the past few weeks, the need for better collateral management and
tracking in Mifos to support gold loans, pawn shop functionality, etc. has
been expressed a number of times.
I posted the functional specification document that Vishwas shared for a

.
I then realized that I had duplicated the request at:

Let's consolidate all our functional requirements and use cases at 5494.
