HelloWhile investigating MIFOS-5518 <http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5518>, I have ran into an issue with rounding fees. Currently when applying a fee that is a decimal number, the fee amount is rounded and the round-off is payed off in the last installment as interest. This also happens, when applying a fee to a loan with zero interest rate(see attached screenshot of a loan schedule). This leads to to accounts with zero interest having some(symbolic) interest.
Is this correct? And if not how should we deal with accounts having zero interest rate, apply the round off as a principal, fee? It would be good if the users would comment on this issue.
