I'd like to stress the fact that Mifos 2.3.1 has been released last week
on 3th of April. This is the first maintenance release of Mifos 2.3. It
includes 40 resolved tickets providing many bug fixes, historical
transactions enhancements, and new way of displaying GL Codes in UI:
* Added possibility to input savings data for previous 2-3 months
* GL Codes can be displayed with GL Names
