Mifos 2.3.2 has shipped and is available for download at:

This is the second maintenance release of Mifos 2.3 that contains major
bug fixes, enhancements to Loan Disbursement functionality and Declining
Balance interest types:
* Added Prorate option which allows to avoid the revenue loss when
Loan Disbursement is done well before the meeting date
* Added Principal Pre-payment option for Loans with "Declining
Balance" and "Declining Balance - Equal Principal Installment"
interest types
