Mifos 2.3.3 hotfix release has shipped and is available for download at:

This is the third hotfix release that includes critical fixes of the
following issues:
* Mifos freezes after running BIRT report
* Unable to create Loan Account with Declining Balance-Interest
Recalculation and Frequency of Installments: 1 Month(s) when Loan
has only one installment
* UI pages and dropdowns are using system locale (from config) instead
of user preferred language
