Mifos 2.4.0 release has been shipped and is available for download at:

Mifos 2.4.0 (Vinolia I <http://www.openmf.org/vinolia/>) is the second
major community-supported release led by SolDevelo. It includes several
new features: funds transfer from one account to another, integration
with Kopo Kopo, integrated Pentaho reports, GLIM enhancements, and value
based permissions. It also includes a number of critical fixes.
