Hi all We are currently using 2.3.3 in our Production environment and are keen to move to 2.4 to take advantage of the ability to disburse/approve loans in the past.
However, in testing 2.4 we have not been able to use the feature in the way that we expect to. If we try and set the disbursement date for a loan earlier than the current date on the screen "Create Loan Account - Enter Loan Account Information", we get this error message: "The disbursement date is invalid. Disbursement date must be on or after todays date." If we proceed with today's date, and then try to put the date back to an earlier date in disbursing the loan, we get a different error: "Date of transaction is invalid. It can not be prior to last meeting date of the customer. " I think that these are our relevant configuration settings: #BackDatedApprovalsAllowed=true (commented out so should be defaulting on) LSIM enabled (so meeting dates should not matter) ProcessFlow.LoanPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false (not sure whether this matters, and we did switch it back to true in our test enviroment without getting loan backdating to work) Could someone advise us how this feature should be correctly configured and how it should operate?
