You should use update /config_key_value/ table instead of
/config_key_value_integer/.
Run this command in mysql console:
/update config_key_value set configuration_value=1 where
configuration_id=5;

The change in the configuration_value was applied after checking.
However, in Mifos, in Creating a New Loan Product--> "Repayment
Schedule": I cannot see the "Can configure variable installments"
checkbox (and the others checkboxes with it - with minimum/maximum gap
between installment and minimum amount). I only see "Fixed repayment
schedule". Further, when I created a new loan account for a client,
all repayment schedules cannot be adjusted and are fixed with the
meeting schedule.
Is my procedure for LSIM activation wrong? Please advise if there are
steps I missed or steps needed to be done. Not an IT perosn, but will
try to follow your instructions. Thanks.
