Hi Marco,
I got the same problem before. John from Mifos community helped me fixed it.
Just do the following:
--> Edit the file "load_stg_customer_type1_columns.ktr". Find "cd.ethinicity"
and change it to "cd.ethnicity"
(you can find the file in the ETL folder inside your Mifosbi 1.3 folder)
--> Then rerun the bat job (initialise_datawarehouse.bat mifos_dw)
Reports should work fine after.

I was trying to use the mifosbi 1.3 and I get some errors, attached is the log.
One of the problems I saw was on a query that look for de field "ethinicity"
when in my database the field's call "ethnicity".
When I try to run the MFI Progress report I get a message in color grey that
says "Data for this report last updated on ERROR" and the information generated
in the report is all 0
