Hi Terence,

I've installed Pentaho Server for Mifos BI quite a few times but it
has always been with tomcat. Usually, the "embedded" tomcat that
comes with the pentaho install, but sometimes re-using an existing
tomcat.

It sounds like you are trying to run it with Jetty (maybe because
Mifos now runs with Jetty). I don't know of anyone who has done that.
If some people in the mifos community are now using it with Jetty
that's fine but I wasn't aware of it.

So, I don't have any Jetty solution but am just surprised that you
tried to run it under Jetty instead of the tomcat that it comes with
as I assumed that the install instructions were based on a typical
install of Pentaho Server (with its own tomcat).
